Delivery within New Zealand
All orders within New Zealand are shipped free of charge. Orders confirmed and paid for before 2pm on Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 2pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow 14 days for delivery of photographic prints and up to 3 weeks for canvas prints.
Although we will endeavour to meet all dispatch & delivery time frames we cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from a late delivery or incomplete delivery address given. Please remember to include your postal code. Please be aware that delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends – please be patient.
If a customer is not present for a delivery, the relevant carrier may leave the goods at the delivery address at the owner’s risk unless we have been requested not to. If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their goods they may be charged for additional expenses incurred including (but not limited to) transport charges and storage.

We are more than happy to receive orders from any country but we quote the shipping costs to the customer on a order by order basis. Please contact us if you would like a quote or simply place for your and we’ll contact you with the shipping information.
